LOCATION: BelfastSHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekSALARY: £35,000 per annumKey ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Minor Works:Support the ABM Site Supervisor in the end-to-end delivery of site improvement projects and minor works.Define project scopes, programmes, and delivery timelines to ensure works are completed with minimal disruption to client production and business operations.Assist in preparing quotations for labour, materials, and subcontractor works, ensuring transparency, cost-effectiveness, and value for money.Coordinate internal teams and contractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.Technical Asset & Maintenance Strategy:Support the response to site facilities production and safety issues, assisting with troubleshooting and resolution of critical asset failures.Carry out fault finding on building services systems including HVAC, AHUs, electrical distribution, compressed air systems, pumps, lighting, and associated plant.Drive plann...
