About the Role
We are looking for a Facilities Tech Expert to support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technology used in learning environments across the UAE. This role is focused on ensuring that all classroom and virtual learning technology runs reliably before and during program delivery.
You will work closely with learning operations teams to prepare rooms, test systems, and provide real-time support to facilitators and learners. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working with AV systems, troubleshooting issues under pressure, and ensuring a smooth learning experience.
