- Routine check all equipment, recording and report summary.
- Carry out regular checklist to all plant room facilities equipment - fire protection system, electrical system, ACMV system, fire extinguisher, exit light, doors, building fixtures, etc at external areas and common corridors.
- Changeover equipment, adjust set point and logging, if necessary.
- Able to troubleshoot minor electrical faults and promptly re-set fault from source.
- Manage the routine servicing, maintenance and replacement of parts by term contractors separately appointed by the Client.
- To operate M&E facilities and associated administrative works.
- To attend to tenant complaints and breakdown calls.
- To carry out general maintenance works (eg. air con, electrical and plumbing works) related to the building.
