Job Description
The Facilities Technician is responsible for reliably performing general maintenance and repair tasks across our restaurants in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will possess strong handyman skills, a proactive mindset, and a knack for solving problems with urgency. This position will be a critical part of the operations team as they will ensure our restaurants remain safe, functional, and up to standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC support, and general handyman tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues quickly and efficiently.
- Respond to maintenance requests from Restaurant operators and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
- Travel regularly between multiple restaurants in Connecticut as needed.
