**We are looking for a talented onsite Facilities Technician to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky.**
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Under moderate supervision, perform exterior and interior building maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures in a wide variety of conditions such as extreme heat, cold and moisture.
+ Assist in a wide variety of maintenance activities; address immediate operational and/or safety concerns and ensures that tools, materials and vehicles are maintained in good working order.
+ Maintain safe work habits and actions in all aspects of the daily task; evaluate reactive work for safety issues, plan projects so that safety is key, and review preventative work for any unforeseen items that may present safety hurdles.
