**Job Description**
The Facilities Technician supports a CNC job shop by performing a wide variety of utility and maintenance tasks to keep the building, equipment, and production areas safe, clean, and fully operational. This role adapts to the needs of each day, ranging from general repairs and upkeep to assisting on the production line when needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform general drywall and carpentry work, including minor repairs and patching as needed throughout the facility.
+ Complete light HVAC tasks such as changing filters and performing basic upkeep to support a comfortable, climate-controlled environment.
+ Handle basic plumbing tasks, including unclogging toilets and drains and addressing minor plumbing issues.
+ Manage trash duties, including collecting, transporting, and disposing of waste to maintain a clean and orderly facility.
