Compensation: Basic $3.8k (max) + Allowances (up to $350)
Responsibilities- Work closely with Senior Facilities Engineer to ensure all operations are running smoothly without unscheduled disruption and in compliance to all relevant authorities requirements.
- Support and execute preventive maintenance programs for building equipment to ensure that building equipment are tested to meet authorities’ requirement.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure all building services works are done in compliance to contract or work orders.
