MBA Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facility Condition Assessor to manage the development of USPS facilities' deferred maintenance backlog of the Capital, Repair and Alterations projects. This role involves conducting detailed building inspections, estimating repair costs, and ensuring the accuracy of facility condition data. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned region. This position requires up to 75% travel to different US Postal Offices located in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Missouri. When not traveling, the work location is 660 Data Drive, Plano, TX 75075.
