- Liaise between vendor and Scommerce stakeholders (e.g. Management and Projects teams).
- Responsible for the end-to-end project management of Automated Machine (ASM) and other Warehouse facilities; including fire, ventilation, electrical.
- Manage installation and commissioning; including quantity/quality check, progress reporting, risk and safety management.
- Manage delays in projects by creating recovery plans.
- Manage project handover with adequate Automated Sorting Machine (ASM) acceptance test and handover of documentation (e.g. drawings, manuals).
After Installation
- Organize the migration plan from manual to Automated Sorting Machine (ASM) into phases and coordinate with the operation team.
- Provide Automated Sorting Machine (ASM) operation SOP and organize operation training for the operation leader.
