$1600 - $2100 + PB + $200 Exigency Allowance
North/East/Central
12 hour shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Station on-site and perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance works in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Systems according to Scheduled Maintenance
- Responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing building’s M&E systems such as air-con and fire control and protection/BMS system.
- Attend to feedback, breakdown and customer service requests
- Attend to Fault-Calls and carry out rectification of Faults within specified time and budget
- Perform stand-by duty on emergency call back service
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairs of Mechanical and Electrical systems
