About the Role
The Facility Engineer serves as the technical leader for plant equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. This role is responsible for planning, maintaining, and upgrading production machinery and facility systems to ensure safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in equipment lifecycle management, energy optimization, understanding the process of how infrastructure can obtain government approval from the early beginning to win final acceptance certificate, and the ability to support bilingual communication (English/Mandarin) for global coordination.
