Responsibility for BMS, fire alarm system, air-compress, city water, HVAC, chiller, waste-water treatment, firefighting, dust collection etc. Make work plan, complete the plan with technical staff, check the implementation results and track the long-term effectiveness. Establish and optimize the existing program files to ensure the effectiveness of preventive maintenance to reduce the frequency of emergency repair. Extend sustainability COE capability/products to support design(research), development and engineering for products and manufacturing process technologies with sustainability.
