Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all FM-related matters for the assigned portfolio.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities management operations.
- Prepare and deliver client financial reports.
- Attend client meetings and provide updates on FM issues and performance.
- Develop and implement short-, mid-, and long-term operational plans for the site, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.
- Ensure operational plans remain current, relevant, and on target.
- Ensure all contractual SLAs and KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
- Coordinate work assignments among technicians, vendors, and contractors. Review backlogged work orders to ensure timely completion.
