Responsibilities
- Ensure optimum reliability and functionality for facilities, grounds, manufacturing equipment, and fleet.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility maintenance.
- Lead preventative maintenance programs. Develop maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Ensure maintenance work, repair work and construction projects are completed.
- Make sure building and facility are clean, well maintained through outsourced contractors in landscaping and cleaning.
- Perform diagnostics to mechanical or electrical problems and provide re-solution.
- Provide support to production / troubleshooting complex machinery failures.
- Collaborate and maintain effective working relationships with all departments.
- Ensure all company vehicles are within Department of Transportation compliance.
