Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Perform skilled building maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall work, flooring repairs, and door/window maintenance.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on Legends Global equipment, fixtures, and machinery.
+ Support the Director of Operations in planning, coordinating, and executing facility‑wide maintenance and capital improvement projects, including internal initiatives.
+ Assist the Director with budgeting, procurement, and inventory management to support operational needs.
+ Coordinates shutdown and start-ups of utilities and equipment when conditions require it.
+ Help develop, organize, and prioritize departmental task lists while training and mentoring GMT team members.
+ Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and lighting control systems.
