Objective of the positionStandardize and control the processes and instruments of Facility Management in the LATAM region as well as provide support and specialized support for future development of FM ensure from a regulatory and government system (codes and standards) are met but exceeded where applicable.Principal activitiesMechanical & HVAC SystemsTechnically direct and inform/instruct FM employees.Advising managers on all issues relevant to FM, in particular renovation and updating, including budget control and budget planning, as well as sustainability projectsRepresent the company audits; follow-up of all resulting actions.Verify compliance with relevant laws and regulations; handle legal matters related to the operator's responsibility in cooperation with the specialized departmentsIf necessary, develop local guidelines/standards for the respective department of the departmentStandardize and Control the development of specific guidelines at one or more sites; train FM staff ...
