Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations and maintenance of district infrastructure across common areas, public realm assets, external M&E systems, roads, pedestrian networks, landscape areas, shared facilities, utilities interfaces, and infrastructure corridors within the 70-acre TRX development.
- Serve as the key operational liaison between internal stakeholders, tenants, authorities, developers, utility providers, service partners, and external agencies on all district infrastructure and common area matters.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies, asset lifecycle programs, and infrastructure resilience initiatives to ensure operational continuity and premium precinct standards.
