We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee integrated facility operations at a specialised site in central Singapore. This is a hands‑on leadership role managing both office services and building maintenance workstreams, with direct accountability for client reporting, vendor management, and on‑site team supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Consolidate facility activities and documentation across office services and building maintenance workstreams
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to the client covering operational status, upcoming plans, risks, and improvement initiatives
- Plan and track maintenance schedules for key building systems including HVAC/ACMV, MAU/AHU, exhaust systems, and utilities; coordinate inspections and servicing with contractors
