Facility Supplies Specialist - Outside Sales

Job Description

Some of what you will do: The Facility Supplies Specialist (FSS) is responsible for developing relationships and penetrating Facility Supplies (Jan/San, Break room, Pack & Ship, and Safety) sales primarily in existing Strategic, Large, and Mid-Market Accounts within a geographic territory. The FSS serves as the subject matter expert for his/her assigned sales representatives and works with them to grow and develop the Facilities Supplies product category. The FSS is the key point of contact within the division regarding the Facility Supplies Program.

Specifically, You Will

• Work with the Sales Manager to develop Facility Supplies sales strategies for their assigned territory/division.
• Train and coach OP sales representatives on Facility products, processes and buyers to increase their ability to access, persuade and close Facilities business.
