Key Responsibilities: To oversee staffing plan based on available resources including supporting contractors. To lead technician(s) in providing engineering and maintenance support and troubleshooting to facility and utility systems. Responsible for the technical and engineering/quality solutions to plant ACMV, HVAC, boiler, chilled water system, compressed air, electrical, firefighting system, natural gas, purified water, and wastewater treatment systems. Plant pest control. Execute predictive, preventive maintenance work, including breakdown maintenance and facility and utilities modification. Conduct and document daily inspections and regular maintenance (both scheduled and unscheduled of all plant facilities/equipment. Coordinate and supervise vendors/contractors for installation, repairs, or maintenance works of facility and utilities. Contribute to and execute utility qualification.
