Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee and review end-to-end factoring operations (invoice verification, eligibility checks, disbursement)
- Review and approve funding requests in line with credit terms, facility limits, and internal controls
- Ensure proper debtor verification and notice of assignment processes
- Oversee client onboarding, including KYC, documentation, and system setup
- Monitor portfolio utilisation and ensure adherence to approved structures and limits
- Review AR ageing, reconciliations, and cash allocation for accuracy
- Oversee collections, dispute resolution, and escalation of overdue accounts
- Monitor operational and fraud risks (duplicate financing, fictitious invoices)
- Review credit control processes, including exception handling and recourse exposures
