SUMMARY:
Factory Accountant (Temporary) - Port Eliabeth To support manufacturing operations by analysing costs, monitoring stock movements, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate financial information is available for operational and strategic decision-making.
POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities: Prepare import cost files and submit summaries for SAP updates. Assist with costing, reporting, and manufacturing finance processes. Support scanning projects and monitor scanning process performance. Stand in for the Management Accountant when required Assist with maintenance and correction of Material Master information. Prepare daily production scrap reports and attend scrap meetings. Compile monthly lead balancing reports inclusive of scrap sent to Frys.
