Job Title: Engineering Manager

Lead the engineering processes to ensure that the organisation meets customer needs while maintaining safety standards and achieving operational excellence targets. This role is responsible for the following:

Repair, maintenance, and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, systems, instrumentation, utilities, and site facilities General machinery regulations compliance Site security and cleaning

Key Accountabilities and Outputs: Lead the various engineering teams Develop and execute a proactive maintenance and repair program Lead and manage engineering projects Ensure OEM standards are adhered to on all machinery Monitor energy usage Implement programs to continuously reduce energy load and consumption Develop and update quarterly an Engineering Strategy that outlines the key focus areas of the function for the current financial year, and longer-term considerations Develop and update the financial budget for the function on an annual and quarterly b...
