A leading chemical company situated in Gauteng is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Factory Manager to join their team.
The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for:
- Management and supervision of a busy specialty chemical factory.
- Ordering of raw materials.
- Arranging daily production schedules (production planning).
- Health & Safety.
- Labour Relations (staff management, discipline - warnings, hearings, etc assisted by HR).
- Compliance – SABS, NRCS, ISO, etc.
- Product failure and customer complaints.
Key requirements:
- 4 years relevant experience
- Computer skills: MS Suite, SAGE ERP
- Bachelors/Diploma in Chemistry
