National company in the FMCG / food processing industry in Turffontein, Gauteng requires Factory Manager with Matric / Grade 12, relevant Engineering degree / Operations Management / Production Management tertiary qualification and 6-8 years hands‑on experience in FMCG manufacturing, with at least 4 years in Factory or Operations Management. You will be responsible for the management of Production, Maintenance, and Safety, Health & Environmental. Your main function will be the implementation of systems to enhance health and safety protocols, optimizing waste management, determining manning requirements, and the development and growth of all employees.
