Responsibilities Oversee operations breakdown and production flow within the manufacturing environment Balance machine lines and operator workflows to achieve optimal efficiency Implement production schedules and ensure daily output targets are met Troubleshoot production challenges including fabric handling, machine allocation, and operator performance Ensure correct handling and construction of garments across all styles, including complex items Provide technical guidance on stitching techniques, finishing requirements, and garment specifications Oversee sample development and ensure production garments align with approved samples Supervise quality checks throughout production to ensure accuracy and consistency Identify defects early and implement corrective actions Liaise with Patternmaking, Cutting Room, CMT, Finishing, Procurement, and Dispatch departments Monitor raw material readiness and ensure components are available before production Communicate technical updates, style chan...
