We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our steel structure and metal fabrication workshop. The candidate will be responsible for managing fabrication workflow, supervising workers, and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
- Supervise and manage daily factory operations for steel structure and metal fabrication works
- Plan and monitor production schedule to ensure timely project delivery
- Coordinate workflow between cutting, drilling, welding, grinding, fitting, and assembly teams
