The BNI Faculty Physician provides medical services within the scope of their licensing, training, and clinical privileges, and supervises and teaches residents and/or fellows as indicated.

**Job Requirements**
Required:
+ MD or DO degree.
+ Successful completion of a residency program.
+ AZ MD License
+ Board qualifed or certified
+ Credentialed SJHMC
