The Technology and Quality organization is tasked with delivering customer focused quality, reliable solutions, and infrastructure for Cisco products. Your Impact- Lead improvements in the accuracy of fault duplication and isolation.
- Experience with complex high‑speed board design and board bring‑up.
- Install, upgrade, or downgrade Sonic operating system on 8000 products.
- Provide direction and techniques on customer’s issues duplication and isolation.
- Engage Design engineering and communicate findings and resolutions for HW and SW field issues.
