Job Description

Field Application Engineer (FAE) acts as a the technological bridge between chips and products, provide primary technical support, improve customer satisfaction, collect market feedback to drive the chip R&D:

  • Technical support: Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, answering questions, offering solutions, and troubleshooting issues;
  • Product promotion: Master all designs of MEMS and ASIC, provide product solution with different chip performance;
  • Customer requirements: Translate customer needs and pain points to internal engineering teams to enhance future product development;
  • Problem Solving: Handle first-level technical issues (FA/debug) and coordinate with internal engineers (MEMS,ASIC, system) for complex resolutions,
