Hours: Full-time (37 hours) or Part-time (20 hours) per week
Salary: £26,383.08 Per year
Location: Swansea
Fixed term - until 31st March 2027 and subject to future funding.

Faith in Families is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Children's Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner to join their team in Swansea.
You'll provide trauma-informed 1-2-1 and group support, helping children build resilience, regulate emotions, and achieve positive outcomes.
