Duties
- Meeting with clients, witnesses, experts and other counsel.
- Conducting legal research, analyzing law and developing legal argument to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Review and analyze case files and evidence to identify key issues and develop effective legal arguments.
- Preparing agreements and court documents, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Assist and supporting senior counsel in negotiations, preparing for meetings, attending court, and strategizing on case management.
