The Role
As a key member of the Family & Divorce team, you'll handle a diverse caseload and contribute to the growth of the department. Responsibilities include:
- Managing complex divorce and separation cases, including those involving international elements, business assets, and trusts
- Advising on matrimonial finance, child arrangements, and prenuptial agreements
- Supporting the Team Lead in developing strategy and enhancing client service
