Family Care Consultant
Location: Hendersonville, TN (Serving Sumner, Davidson, Wilson, and Robertson Counties)
The Heart of the Role: At Preferred Care at Home of North Nashville, we don't just sign up clients. We guide families through some of the most difficult seasons of their lives. When a daughter calls us because her father had a fall, or a husband calls because he can no longer care for his wife with dementia alone, they are looking for a beacon of hope. As our Family Care Consultant, you are that beacon.
You will be the first person these families meet in their homes. You'll sit at their kitchen tables, listen to their stories, and help them design a plan that restores dignity to their loved ones and peace of mind to their family.
