We are seeking three full time (37 hours per week) colleagues to join us on a 3 year fixed term basis aligned to the Best Start in Life funding.
As a Family Help Practitioner in North East Lincolnshire Council's Best Start Family Hubs, you will work as part of a team to provide a high quality service to families who have children aged 0‑5 years, including families with children with SEND to make a lasting difference.
