We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Law Attorney to join a growing and collaborative legal team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while making a meaningful impact on clients navigating complex and sensitive legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support
- Manage cases from intake through resolution, including litigation when necessary
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal agreements
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Provide strategic legal guidance and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in TX
