Our client is a highly respected, growth-oriented law firm seeking experienced Family Law attorneys to join its expanding California practice. Open Levels:
- 7th–10th Year Associate
- Senior Counsel / Partner-Track (20+ Years Experience)
Bonus & Incentives:
- 1,850 billable hours: $10,000 bonus
- 1,900+ hours: $5,000–$7,500 per additional 50 hours (band-dependent)
- Uncapped production bonuses
- $5,000 year-end holiday bonus (prorated first year)
