A well-established and growing regional law firm is seeking an experienced Family Fee Earner to join its busy and supportive team in Worksop.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner to manage their own caseload while benefiting from the support of an established and collaborative department.
The Role
You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Cohabitation and TOLATA disputes
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse and injunction applications
- General family law advice and representation
You will manage files from instruction through to conclusion, maintaining excellent client care standards and building strong relationships with clients throughout the process.
