In this role, you will support attorneys in handling a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence cases. Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, affidavits, and discovery
- Manage case files and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
