Ossett Academy & Accord Sixth Form are seeking to appoint a proactive and committed Family Liaison Officer to work directly with vulnerable young people and their families in the community, to promote, strengthen, and develop positive engagement with education.
In this vital role, you will bridge the gap between home and education, ensuring every pupil has the support they need to thrive. You will work collaboratively with parents and carers, guiding them toward the right support services and helping them champion their child’s success. The position further involves providing professional expertise, advice, and guidance regarding pastoral care, and delivering high-quality, structured programmes that build pupils' confidence and self-esteem.
