**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Department of Family Medicine as a Core Faculty in the Dignity Health East Valley Family Medicine Residency Program in Gilbert, Arizona.
**Opportunity Highlights:**
+ Outpatient + Inpatient
+ Outpatient Mon-Fri days, Inpatient Tues-Mon days
+ Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
+ Call is 1:4 or less (by telephone only)
+ Outpatient: 16 patient-facing hours, 16 precepting hours, 4 admin hours, 4 teaching hours per week
+ Inpatient: Every 4th week or less frequently, 1 week at a time x 7 days with compensation days provided (No outpatient duties during inpatient week)
+ Avg 18-24 patients per day on outpatient days
+ Great MA support + RN onsite
+ Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix–Open rank based on prior experience and academic output
