**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
**Dignity Health Medical Group** is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Family Medicine Department at our Paradise Valley Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona.
**Opportunity Highlights:**
+ Outpatient only
+ Mon-Fri, no evenings or weekends
+ Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
+ Call is 1:8 or 9
+ 36 patient-facing hours, 4 admin hours
+ Avg 18-24 patients per day
+ Excellent Behavioral Health resources
+ Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix–Open rank based on prior experience and academic output
+ Teaching Medical students, Physician Assistant Students, and other learners.
+ Opportunities to get involved in both sponsor and investigator initiated research projects
