JOB SPECIFICS
  • Brand new clinic - opening in July 2026
  • Seeking an experienced physician to guide the care team and mentor APP's
  • Exciting opportunity to open and grow a new practice
  • Team will begin with one physician and 2 APP's
  • Future plans include additional primary care providers, as well as the addition of specialists
  • Minimal call, supported by the OSF After-Hours Nurse Triage Center taking first call.
