Our multispecialty group, **Dignity Health Medical Group – Stockton** , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Stockton, California. + 100% outpatient practice focused on comprehensive care
+ High prevalence of chronic disease management, including diabetes and hypertension
