White Oak Medical Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care team in Houston, TX (Greater Heights).

Position Highlights:
- Established team of 2 physicians and 3 PAs
- 100% outpatient adult primary care (ages 18+)
- Flexible full-time schedule; no evenings or weekends
- 1518 patients per day + built-in admin time
