A privately held, multi-generational family office based in New York City is seeking a driven and technologically fluent investment operations professional to support the operational infrastructure, reporting, and data integrity of the family’s investment portfolio. The family office oversees a diverse portfolio of private investment partnerships, public market securities, trusts, and personal entities. It serves as the centralized platform for coordinating investment, financial, tax, estate, and administrative matters on behalf of the family.
The organization is intentionally lean and highly collaborative, with a focus on building institutional-quality infrastructure while maintaining a high-touch, service-oriented approach.
