A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Family Paralegal to join its growing private family team in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to develop their career within family law, working on a varied and high-quality caseload alongside experienced solicitors.
The Role
You will support fee earners across a broad range of private family matters, gaining exposure to cases from initial instruction through to resolution.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with a varied caseload of private family matters, including Children Act and matrimonial finance cases
- Drafting legal documents such as C100 applications, Forms E, consent orders, divorce applications and correspondence
