Key Responsibilities
Family Practice - Walk-In Practice
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and examinations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals
- Provide preventative healthcare services, including health screenings, immunizations and wellness counselling.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, allied healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion and lifestyle management
- Stay current with advancements in family medicine, clinical guidelines and best practices
