Position Overview
Seeking a compassionate and experienced Geriatric Medicine Medical Director to lead the medical services for our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This role offers an opportunity to improve quality of life for frail seniors in a community-based setting, providing comprehensive, coordinated care that keeps them safely at home.
The Medical Director reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for participant care, clinical outcomes, provider oversight, and Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI).
