  • Position for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician .
  • Clean malpractice and license - REQUIRED
  • Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
  • IL license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
  • Clean Malpractice PREFERRED
